- Write the order number in the box after that. On your receipt, you will find it as “KVS Order”
- Mention the amount you spent exactly as it appears on the receipt
- Answer all the McDvoice survey questions. Mention if you were satisfied with the McDonald’s products you purchased, if McDonald’s employees were helpful and pleasent, and any recommendations you may have.
- Enter your name and contact information for any available sweepstakes contests (if McDonalds is currently organizing sweepstakes)
- After completing the McDvoice customer survey, wait a couple of moments before closing the www.mcdvoice.com website. You should receive a McDonalds coupon code on your screen, if the McDvoice customer survey is currently offering rewards.
- If you do receive a McDVoice coupon code, write it down on your receipt. Bring the receipt with the McDVoice coupon code on it the next time you visit McDonalds to redeem your McDvoice reward.

I go to McD’s a lot for breakfast. I have never used the coupons until recently and decided I may as well take advantage of the savings. I went to fill out one today and it say that Me or someone in my family had already filled out the maximum of 5 this month. I just wondered how that information is relayed since I don’t put in my name or any personal information. Obviously the receipt has something coded in it. I am a tech person so I was just wondered how it knew. Not upset I am okay with the rule, just didn’t understand how it knows. Most of my transactions are cash so there isn’t a debit card involved.
