We stopped at the Cracker Barrel in Mansfield,Ohio on our way to Niagara Falls,New York on 07-03-2017.The service was poor.the food was terrible.there was 7 of us and maybe 3 of us could eat our food.most of it was overcooked.burnt on the edges and not done in the middle.we had to ask several times for refill on drinks and had to ask for the dessert menu.we go often to the one in Bloomington,In.and have never had any problems like this.very disappointed in the one in Mansfield,Ohio.
